Indie Watch sells watches and watch accessories of its own design, assembled to order in Madrid. These terms govern the relationship between the user and VELVETDREAMS, S.L. in the use of the site and the purchase of products. To make a purchase you must be of legal age (18+) and provide truthful, complete information.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. If we are unable to process it, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or an alternative.

Our watches are assembled to order: the estimated delivery time, indicated during checkout, is approximately 30 days from confirmation.

Catalogue prices are shown in euros (€) with Spanish VAT (21%) included, as a reference. The final amount is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination:

• Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 21% VAT included.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: sold without VAT. Import taxes (IGIC/IPSI) and any customs clearance fees are borne by the recipient.
• European Union: the VAT of the destination country applies under the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
• Rest of the world: sold without VAT as an export. Duties, taxes and import fees of the destination country are borne by the recipient.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is made through secure gateways: credit or debit card and Klarna (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. Your payment details travel encrypted directly to the corresponding provider and are never stored on our servers.

We ship, free of charge, to the territories available in the country selector at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive shipment tracking by email.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within 2 working days with instructions and a return authorisation number, which is essential for processing the return. Conditions:

• The watch must be returned unworn, with no signs of wear or alterations, in its original packaging with all protective materials and tags.
• For watches with a metal bracelet, the strap and clasp must remain unadjusted (no links removed); otherwise a €60 reconditioning fee will apply.
• Leather or rubber straps must be returned unused and unaltered; used or damaged straps are subject to the same €60 reconditioning fee.
• Personalised watches (engraved on the case or strap) are made to order and are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 103.c of Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, except in the event of a defect.
• If you received the watch as a gift, the return request must be made by the original purchaser.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a tracked service; we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase and will correspond to the price of the product. Shipping costs, duties, VAT and other import taxes are non-refundable.

All our watches are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, which includes the statutory guarantee of conformity. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear (including straps, crystal and scratches).

All content on this website — images, texts, logos, designs and software — is the property of VELVETDREAMS, S.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Its unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

VELVETDREAMS, S.L. is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the website or for delays or failures due to force majeure. We reserve the right to amend these terms; the applicable version will be the one published at the time of your order.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy notice.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, and without prejudice to your rights as a consumer, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
