Your IndieWatch timepiece is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), subject to the conditions set out below.

To benefit from the IndieWatch International Warranty, you must present valid proof of purchase issued by IndieWatch or an authorised IndieWatch retailer. The warranty is subject to prior registration of the product.

The IndieWatch International Warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Defects or damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence
• Normal wear affecting components such as the battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet
• Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, tampering, disassembly or repairs
• Damage caused by exposure to water or moisture due to improper handling (for example, failing to close screw-down crowns, operating pushers underwater, or exposing the watch to steam or thermal shock)
• Watches not purchased directly from IndieWatch or an authorised retailer
• Personalised or engraved watches, unless the defect is a manufacturing one
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser

If your watch is returned during the warranty period with a manufacturing defect, our technical team will assess whether the defective component should be repaired or replaced, free of charge, at our sole discretion.

Once the 36-month period has ended, any repair or maintenance service will be subject to a service charge.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including postage, insurance and protective packaging. We recommend using tracked and insured registered shipping. IndieWatch accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of the parcel to complete the inspection and repair process, depending on the nature and severity of the defect.

This manufacturer’s warranty:

• Is independent of any warranty that the seller may offer, the responsibility for which rests solely with that seller
• Does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable national legislation
• Is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
