The Strait of Gibraltar is a geographical funnel: a corridor where mythology placed the Pillars of Hercules and where the landscape accelerates the wind until it becomes a physical mass, hard and tangible. Tarifa was born as a fishing enclave lashed by storms, but in the eighties a tribe of windsurfing pioneers discovered that this climatic anomaly was the ultimate canvas.
